Shorecliffs golf course was introduced in 1964. The Joe Williams designed course was previously home for President Nixon and it can give a feeling of seaside links course.  Few days back many modifications were taking place in this land to reshape some holes and expand the area of the land. The landslide that has occurred recently has damaged the sixth hole and the repairs for it are taking place which will be finished in the spring season. The wall papers that are more colorful are present inside the tunnels which are linking the holes.

            Shorecliffs golf course is located at some places in San Clemente. The Course is wrapped with beach side community of shore cliffs.  This golf course which is 18 holed at the “shore cliffs course” facility in San Clemente, California has the area of 6,140 yards from the long tees for the par of 71. The rating for the course is 70.4 and the slope rating is 130. This short layout is known to have 3 sets of tee boxes to have a challenging experience.

            At Shore cliff Golf course, the PGA championship of Golf course is accessible to the public for total seven days a week. This eighteen holed par 72 golf course make the player experience with tree-lined fairways, canyon vistas and spectacular ocean views. The sunny environment in the temperate weather in the heart touching beach city of San Clemente will make it as a heaven all through the year. The Golf course consists of a shop that has all Golf related items, a training or practicing viable environment with features of grass and mat trees. The interesting snack bar has the most delicious deli sandwiches in South Orange County. The nineteenth hole has a friendly symbol of supply of cocktail.

            Among the positive feedbacks given by the players, some say that the golf club is a tough layout, great coastal weather, and nice greenery, friendly and very supportive staff. In the negative side there are bad tee boxes, hard fairways in most of the areas of the golf. Some people are happy with the inexpensive nature. They are also not happy with lot of inconvenient fairways but they have been repaired by introducing several elevation changes. It is observed that the play is little bit tough right from tee box to the green. Many bare spots were seen on the fairways. The golf course is known to have narrow fairways and the holes present in some open fairways. Most of the people coming here are enjoying the duration of the play.
